As we’ve just mentioned, it’s hard to expect any bigger changes for the Honda Ridgeline 2024. The recent update has brought a lot of novelties and expects that this truck will remain in the same form for several years more, until we see a complete overhaul. Therefore, you may rely on all those styling changes that arrived recently, that include a new grille, bumper and revised headlights. Furthermore, you can notice new wheels and several other smaller updates.
In terms of mechanics, we didn’t see any notable change, so you may depend on a familiar ride quality, which is far superior compared to body-on-frame rivals. Thanks to its unibody layout, it acts more like a crossover on the road. On the other side, the obvious drawback of such a Pilot-based design is below-average towing capacity.
Interior
Bigger changes on the inside shouldn’t come either. We are about to see the same design, which hasn’t changed too much since the initial launch in 2015. Practically, the biggest change was the recent update of the infotainment system, which now features better graphics and works smoother. Honda did listen to its customers and returned the volume knob.

Other than that, things remained untouched but that definitely isn’t a drawback, considering that this truck has always featured the nicest cabin in the class, characterized by fine materials and car-like aesthetics. We also like the actual size of the cabin. It offers enough space for two spacious rows of seats, which can accommodate five adults with ease. The crew cab layout will remain the only one in the offer for sure.
Features
This aspect may bring a couple of novelties, both when it pertains to standard features and options. We are pretty sure that most of the things will remain the same as in the current model. For reference, the current model comes standard with things like an 8-inch touch screen, seven speakers, Bluetooth, two USB ports, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, tri-zone climate control etc. Also, you may count on a long list of safety features, that includes things like a rearview camera, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, road departure mitigation, and adaptive cruise control. Some of these features are part of the Honda Sensing suite of driver technology.
When it comes to options, you can get things like a truck bed audio system, a moonroof, navigation, an eight-speaker audio system, satellite radio, and HD Radio. There are also available safety features like blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and front and rear parking sensors. We presume that some of these options will become standard in the Honda Ridgeline 2024.
Honda Ridgeline 2024 Release Date and Price
We expect to see a Honda Ridgeline 2024 sometime in the last quarter of the year, with a starting price of around 37.000 dollars. That may seem too expensive for the segment, but remember that the V6 engine is standard, as well as all-wheel-drive and a long list of standard features, so the price is actually pretty fair. When it involves the competition, there are models like Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, Nissan Frontier etc.
