Peugeot 2008 2024: Specs and GT Line. After the last year’s redesign, no one expects to see more important changes for the Peugeot 2008 2024. The company’s smallest crossover is still a very fresh model and the recent overhaul has brought a lot of improvements in all aspects. The new chassis is fantastic and provides much better driving characteristics, whether it’s about handling or comfort. Also, the new styling is far more attractive compared to the original model. Of course, the engine offer is wide and includes all kinds of powertrain options, including an electrified version.

The next year shouldn’t bring any particular changes. We shouldn’t exclude the possibility to see a new powertrain option in the offer. Of course, we are talking about the hybrid model, which seems like a perfect option for this small and stylish SUV.

As we already mentioned, there is a chance to see a hybrid version in the offer, even though the company is still quiet on this matter. Most likely, this version won’t be ready for the initial launch. It will rather come sometime during 2024.

The rest of the lineup is about to carry on in the same way. You may count on a small 1.2-liter turbo gasoline engine, which comes in three output versions, with either 100, 130 or 155 horsepower. You may also count on a 1.5-liter turbodiesel, which comes in versions with 100 or 120 horsepower. Also, there is a 136-hp all-electric version in the offer.

Peugeot 2008 2024 Redesign

The Peugeot 2008 2024 is coming soon and as we are talking about a model that is still pretty fresh, it’s no wonder that no one expects to see more significant changes. The recent redesign has brought a lot of improvements. First of all, there is a new architecture, called a Common Modular Platform, which provides pretty good driving characteristics, both in terms of handling and comfort. Also, the new model is bigger and provides more space on the inside.

Naturally, there is a new styling, so no one expects to see changes for the second production year. The new generation looks really great, far better compared to the original model, which came rather with a conservative design approach. The new model looks a lot like bigger siblings, 3008 and 5008, and follows the same design language. So, the best we could see for the next year are some new color options.

Interior

From the inside, this is definitely one of the best-looking models in the class. We don’t expect to see bigger changes. The Peugeot 2008 2024 is about to carry on with the same layout, which means a dashboard that borrows a lot of design solutions from bigger siblings. This particularly refers to that fancy-looking steering wheel, as well as to the 3D instrument cluster, which looks pretty good. Of course, the center stack is highlighted by a tablet-like touchscreen, which operates pretty well. Base models come with a 7-inch screen, while higher trim levels are equipped with a bigger 10-inch unit.

When it comes to comfort and interior space, we particularly like the front seats, which are massive and supportive, definitely among the most comfortable in the class. The second row seems quite decent for the class in terms of space, while the cargo area is spacious as well.
